SUSTAINABILITY
At Prolux, we take sustainability seriously and strive to reduce our environmental impact in every aspect of our business. We are constantly seeking new ways to incorporate eco-friendly materials into our products and processes.
One of the ways we do this is by using recycled performance fiber in our products. This type of fiber is made from recycled materials, such as plastic bottles, and offers high-performance qualities. It is an excellent choice for products such as our bedding and outdoor gear, providing both durability and sustainability.
In addition to recycled performance fiber, we also use long-lasting silicone in our products. This special silicone has a strong binding between it and the fiber, making it highly durable and long-lasting. This means that our products require less frequent replacement, reducing waste and minimizing our impact on the environment.
We also prioritize sustainable packaging by using recycled materials for our product packaging. This not only reduces waste but also reduces the need for new materials to be produced, helping to conserve natural resources.
At Prolux, we also practice near-shoring, which means we source our materials and manufacture our products locally. This reduces transportation emissions and supports local communities.
